100% Pinot Noir grapes, Blend of Natural Pinot clones 115, 828, 777. Hand-harvested, hand-sorted, 95% whole grape fermented with Burgundian yeast. Free run gravity fed into the barrels. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new); 16 months in bottle before release.
